                     Lily Cortes 

Raised in the romantic mountains of Cordoba Mexico where she sang beautiful songs of love and life of her old Mexico. Her grandfather and mother both musicians and singers. She learned singing as a child and from her church choir.

Lily entered the University of Varacruz with scholarships for her musical and academic accomplishments. She learned and discovered everything about the music she loves. Lily studied bel canto chorus and musical theatre in the university and for a private theatre called ANK Company.

She sang for Fomento Artístico Cordobes, she recorded with Salomón Hernández Carrera and participated in the chorus for a musical. She studied in radio and broadcasting.

Lily worked in television Estamos Buscando Estrellas from Telehit, 98.1 Riviera FM radio station. She completed her studies and graduated with a psychology degree with a minor in music.

Lily Cortes has received Tampa Hispanic Heritage 2012 Leadership Award in Arts.

Lily Cortes has contributed her performances to causes such as Autism, Cancer,and Mental Illness. She has performed for area elementary schools, Boy and Girl Scout events promoting and educating about our emerging hispanic culture in the Tampa Bay are
